Contract Recruitment Consultant
Location: City of London - Liverpool Street / Moorgate
Working pattern: Fully onsite, 5 days per week
We’re continuing to grow at InterEx Group and are on the lookout for ambitious Contract Recruitment Consultants to join our fast-paced, high-achieving team based in EC2M 2EF. Your Role
- You’ll play a key role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and matching top talent with exciting opportunities across our specialist tech markets.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market insight.
- Build lasting partnerships with clients and gain a strong understanding of their hiring needs.
- Negotiate terms and manage ongoing client relationships.
Talent Sourcing
- Engage with top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our internal tools.
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates, matching them to the right roles.
- Support candidates throughout the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
End-to-End Delivery
- Work towards and exceed both personal and team goals.
- Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date.
- Stay informed about market trends within your specialist area - whether ERP, CRM, Data, or another tech vertical.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of recruitment experience (preferred).
- Proven billing record and confidence working towards KPIs.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of or interest in the tech recruitment space is advantageous.
