Location and Hours:
- Location: Reading (Hybrid work available after training)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
The Role: You will support car dealerships in Sweden and Norway and act as the frontline representative of the company. This is an inbound role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone and email in a caring, nurturing way
- Use Excel to track deliveries and arrange collections
- Log customer queries
- Advise on products
- Help customers navigate the various products
