The Role
As the Sales Lead, you will be a key person in the success and growth of the company. You will operate as part of a growing team, building early success and helping establish the business as a market leader in its sector. You will have previous experience of B2B SaaS sales. Experience working in the transformation or project management sector would be an advantage but is not essential. The ability to self-start, generate your own pipeline, and manage a full 360° sales cycle is key. You will work closely with the Directors of the company to define, adapt, and deliver a sales strategy that will drive growth. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone to really make their mark and build a sales division that will deliver to enterprise clients across the world. You will have the drive, enthusiasm, and personality to operate effectively in this hands-on role, constantly looking to achieve great results and bring ideas to the table that will support the growth of the company. Previous experience in similar start-up organisations would be an advantage. However, engagement with multi-national, enterprise-level clients is also key. The company will support your personal growth and will encourage you to achieve and advance your capability both on a professional and personal level. You will report to the Directors of the company on every step of your journey.
