A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Payout Specialist to support its Asset Finance operations team on an interim basis. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness across all documentation prior to payout, with emphasis on contract enforceability and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Review Asset Finance documentation prior to payout to ensure all conditions set by Credit are met.
- Assess contracts for enforceability, accuracy, and alignment to approved deal terms.
- Perform end-to-end quality checks on broker submissions, identifying missing or incorrect information.
- Validate data across contract documentation, financial schedules, and internal systems.
- Review and confirm financial figures, payments, and rental profiles for accuracy.
- Liaise with brokers primarily via email to resolve documentation queries and missing information.
- Maintain clear audit trails and ensure all records are fully compliant.
- Manage workload effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement by highlighting recurring issues and risks to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Asset Finance operations, payouts, or credit processing.
- Strong understanding of Asset Finance products including leases, HP, and structured deals.
- Knowledge of contract enforceability and documentation standards within Asset Finance.
- Strong data accuracy and numerical capability.
- Ability to communicate professionally with brokers, primarily via email.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
