Fimador are currently looking for a Delivery Manager to join a successful Technology & Engineering team and lead the successful delivery and L3 support of mission-critical products that are used globally. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our solutions consistently meet quality and customer expectations. You will work closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery and support for projects
- Define scope, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive Agile best practices and ensure robust quality assurance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve risks and keep initiatives on track
- Communicate progress, gather feedback, and enhance delivery processes
About You
- Strong background in software delivery and project management (Agile) / (SAFe)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technical knowledge of software engineering
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ideal but not essential
