Known for its bespoke communication systems, MRTC combines Kenwood, Motorola, and Clear-Com technology with in-house expertise to meet the specific needs of teams and organisers worldwide.

The Race Systems Technician plays a crucial role in MRTC’s customer-facing operations, providing global on-site and remote technical support to motorsport and event-based customers in both individual and team environments. The role requires subject-matter expertise in a variety of communication systems, ensuring that MRTC’s wide range of equipment performs flawlessly under demanding conditions.

The fast-paced nature of motorsport means that applicants for this role must be able to troubleshoot quickly with limited resources, making critical decisions in real-time during practice, qualifying, and race sessions.
