We are seeking a Protection Specialist Advisor to join our team and help clients secure bespoke protection solutions for their families and businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive protection advice to a diverse client base.
- Assess personal circumstances to recommend suitable protection products.
- Stay up-to-date with the protection market and maintain CPD.
- Deliver tailored advice with impeccable attention to detail.
- Achieve business targets while maintaining compliance standards.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Protection Advisor with a strong sales track record.
- Solid understanding of financial and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Resilient, positive, and motivated attitude.
- Existing client bank is advantageous but leads are provided.
What We Offer
- £30,000 basic salary plus target‑driven bonus structure.
- OTE between ÂŁ50,000 and ÂŁ100,000.
