This is a hands-on supervisory role for people who enjoy being present on the shop floor, taking ownership of people, standards and performance, and who are motivated by progression and responsibility. The business offers a supportive, down-to-earth working environment with clear expectations, visible leadership and a strong track record of developing people internally.

Shift Patterns & Pay
Night shifts are Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday. Day shift is Wednesday–Saturday. Hours are 6:00am–6:00pm (12-hour shifts). Pay is £16.16 per hour with 11.5 paid hours per shift. Overtime is regularly available. This equates to a base salary of approximately £36,000–£39,000 per annum, before overtime.
