We’re partnering with a Tech for Impact organisation building technology to support a more sustainable food system for people, the planet, and future generations. They’re looking for a Product Delivery Manager with a strong technical background to own the end-to-end delivery of engineering work. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, momentum, and quality, turning requirements into action and ensuring high‑quality releases land on time. You’ll work closely with the Technical Director, DevOps, Supply Chain Director, and engineering team, owning delivery from sprint planning through to production.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate requirements into clear, sprint-ready technical tasks
- Own delivery timelines, planning, and release coordination
- Remove blockers and keep engineering moving at pace
- Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)
- Define acceptance criteria and support MVP delivery
- Triage technical issues and manage delivery risk
- Coordinate testing, QA, integrations, and releases
- Communicate progress clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in product delivery, technical project management, or similar
- Strong understanding of Agile and software delivery
- Confident working in technical environments (engineering background a big plus)
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving team
