We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to play a key role in supporting UK manufacturing and supplier operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide quality oversight across manufacturing and contract manufacturing operations
- Support process validation and maintain robust QMS documentation
- Lead or support root cause investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent Quality in change management and manufacturing transfer projects
- Work closely with suppliers, including audits (remote & on-site) and supplier performance monitoring
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvements never compromise product quality
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing
- Strong experience with RCA, audits, documentation, and supplier management
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently and across international teams
Nice to Have
- ISO 9001 experience
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge
- Plastic manufacturing experience
