This is a role for a Planning professional who wants more influence, more trust, and better-quality schemes — without the noise and bureaucracy. You’ll be joining a growing residential developer where planning is genuinely valued. You’ll have ownership of your sites, early involvement in land decisions, and a real say in shaping planning strategy across the region.

The Role
- Lead planning strategy across multiple residential developments
