We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Luxury Retail division and take ownership of a high-performing, design-led desk working with some of the most prestigious names in fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty, and lifestyle. You will work with high-profile luxury brands, sourcing and placing exceptional talent across head office, retail management, and specialist roles.
The role:
- Managing and growing relationships with premium and luxury brands
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment across retail & head office roles
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
- Identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier luxury talent
- Mentoring junior consultants and leading by example
- Driving revenue while delivering best-in-class service
About you:
- Proven recruitment experience (luxury retail highly desirable)
- Strong billing history and commercial mindset
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Consultative, relationship-led approach
- Passion for luxury, quality, and high standards
