Do you thrive on partnering with iconic luxury brands and placing exceptional talent? We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Luxury Retail division and take ownership of a high-performing, design-led desk working with some of the most prestigious names in fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty, and lifestyle. You will work with high-profile luxury brands, sourcing and placing exceptional talent across head office, retail management, and specialist roles.

The role:

  • Managing and growing relationships with premium and luxury brands
  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment across retail & head office roles
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
  • Identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier luxury talent
  • Mentoring junior consultants and leading by example
  • Driving revenue while delivering best-in-class service

About you:

  • Proven recruitment experience (luxury retail highly desirable)
  • Strong billing history and commercial mindset
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Consultative, relationship-led approach
  • Passion for luxury, quality, and high standards
