We are proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading innovators driving a revolution in computing power. Based in Oxford, they are seeking a Lead Analog IC Architect to drive development of their new chip team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the architecture of analog building blocks, ensuring alignment with system-level requirements and long-term scalability.
- Have hands-on design responsibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal and US-based engineering teams to translate platform needs into analog IC implementations.
- Lead and guide external design partners to ensure the consistent delivery and quality of analog components.
- Provide architectural direction, balancing performance, power, and integration trade-offs across a range of analog and mixed-signal domains.
Qualifications:
- An extensive background in Analog IC design, with proven experience leading or architecting complex analog/SoC building blocks.
- Expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, with an understanding of system-level integration challenges.
- A strategic mindset – you think beyond immediate tasks to anticipate future challenges and scalability needs.
