A leading provider of exceptional eye care services in Oakham is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dispensing Optician to join our dedicated team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys their job, thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a hardworking and upbeat team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive dispenser who’s eager to make the role their own, bring energy, and lead the dispensing side of our growing practice with full support from the team.
As our new Dispensing Optician you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the patient journey and success of our practice, while upholding our commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and service excellence. Dispensing experience useful but newly qualified applicants are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:- Lead the dispensing side of the practice; ensure smooth patient journey and service excellence.
- Involve in frame selection and contributions to ranges offered (Tom Ford, Dutz, Bird, Ted Baker, Woow and more).
- Support a team of 10 and operate across 3 consulting rooms daily (booked 4-6 weeks in advance).
- Full-time role including Saturdays 9am - 1pm.
- Your Birthday Off Work.
- No Sunday or Bank holiday working.
