With an amazing start to 2026, TalentHawk are looking to expand the team and to bring in 2 new Trainee Business Development Executives. TalentHawk is an international technology search firm specialising in the provision of staffing solutions and Statement of Work consultancy across Technology Transformation, Business Change, Architectural Design and Quality Assurance. This is a Business to Business Development position, so if you are interested in developing future business opportunities with decision makers in a variety of organisations please do get in touch. The opportunity will offer 1st class training and the opportunity to work with the best the IT Recruitment industry has to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively calling and contacting prospective business clients
  • Introducing our IT recruitment services to decision-makers
  • Booking qualified appointments for the delivery team
  • Raising brand awareness and getting our name into new clients
  • Building and managing a pipeline of leads

Other information

Head office is in Sussex Pippingford Park and we are looking for someone who lives within 2 hours. After an initial training period of 4 weeks in the office you will be able to work from home with occasional visits to the main office.
