This is an exciting opportunity for experienced or newly qualified teachers who are committed to supporting pupils with special educational needs and creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEN.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, ensuring progress in both academic and personal development.
- Implement and monitor EHCP targets and use assessment data to track pupil progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes engagement and emotional well-being.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) – experience in SEN settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, differentiation, and behaviour management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to teaching and learning.
