Team Lead - Full Stack Development, (Development Lead or Senior Developer background) .Net Core / React, AWS, Cloud, Azure, C#, Microsoft Stack, ASP.Net, MVC, React, Angular, JavaScript, CI/CD - Nottingham up to £85K Global Software House - East Midlands - 3 days in office - exciting modern tech.
Do you have a solid background leading development teams using .Net Core and C#? Are you comfortable mentoring developers while maintaining hands‑on technical involvement? Have you successfully delivered cloud‑based solutions, ideally on AWS?
Role
An experienced Software Development Team Lead with commercial experience in modern C# .NET, including at least two years in a leadership or senior mentoring capacity. You’ll need demonstrable frontend expertise with React and a track record of guiding team members through technical challenges. The Software Team Leader will have practical experience leading small development teams, either already as a Tech Lead or in a Senior Developer capacity, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment. You’ll possess strong knowledge of application design, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and relational databases. Furthermore, you need proven experience championing Agile workflows, modern CI/CD practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication skills, the ability to balance technical delivery with team development, and genuine enthusiasm for mentoring others whilst solving real‑world problems through technology are essential.
