Location: Remote / Hybrid - Nottingham, East Midlands
Are you a highly experienced SAAS sales professional with experience of selling software solutions for workforce management? I am currently recruiting for an established software solutions business based in Nottingham, in the East Midlands. My client is looking for an experienced SAAS Sales Executive on a full time, permanent basis. The role focuses on winning new business, managing the full sales cycle and meeting targets through a strategic sales approach within the workforce management software and systems industry.
SAAS Sales Executive – Key responsibilities
- Deliver agreed contract revenue in line with the business plan, commission structure and individual sales targets.
- Build strong knowledge of the workforce management software market, including industry trends, culture and structure.
- Develop a thorough understanding of software solutions functionality and manage service delivery across all levels.
- Organising teams meetings with prospects and attending client meetings.
- Identify, engage and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Maintain complete and organised customer and prospect records.
SAAS Sales Executive – Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in selling SAAS solutions with strong new business experience.
- Competent using sales techniques such as SPIN selling, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC etc.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Confidently and self-sufficiently able to generate and qualify leads.
- Ideal experience of selling workforce management software solutions such as HR, Payroll, Financial or Recruitment platforms.
SAAS Sales Executive – Benefits
- No micro-management but expected to deliver to targets – Mature sales lead environment.
- All expenses paid: hotel, travel, commute to and from office (hotel allowance if staying over for 2 days in the office).

- Remote working contract but expected to go to office in Nottingham once or twice per week for team engagement.
