Responsibilities:
- Run a well-established elderly care home based within the Nottingham Community as a Residential and Nursing Home Manager.
- Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel.
- Be accountable for all residents, ensuring their emotional, physical and social needs are met, and that the environment is compliant with local governing bodies.
- Provide leadership that aligns with the provider’s quality standards and commercial outcomes.
- Maintain a flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service.
Requirements:
- Nursing and Residential Home Manager Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in care Level 4/5 or willingness to learn.
