We recruit across a range of sales roles in Norwich, partnering with businesses that value personality, drive, and commercial curiosity just as much as experience. This is an umbrella opportunity covering inbound, outbound, B2B, B2C, account management, lead generation, and closing roles depending on the candidate’s strengths, preferences, and career goals.
Salary & Hours
- Basic salary: £25,000 – £40,000
- OTE: £45,000 – £100,000 (uncapped)
- Shifts available: 7am – 3pm, 9am – 6pm, 2pm – 10pm
- Location: Norwich (office-based or hybrid depending on role)
The Role
Rather than forcing candidates into a one-size-fits-all job, we work 1:1 with each individual to match them to the right sales environment. Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Engaging with warm or cold leads via phone, email, or digital channels
