Tenth Revolution Group are looking for someone with fluency in Polish to join our highly successful Polish team based from our Global HQ in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a long term, professional career with fast tracked progression and high earning potential.

Your role:
You will be working with clients and candidates across Poland, responsible for the full end to end recruitment process. From winning clients, sourcing and screening candidates, handling interviews, and closing the offer, and acting as a single point of contact for both your clients and candidates, offering them a more streamlined, personalized, and efficient experience.
You will do this by:
- Making outbound business development calls (sales calls) to prospective clients to sell our services and win their business.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with organisations and key decision makers.
- Sourcing, screening and recruiting specialist cloud tech candidates for your clients.
- Building and managing relationships with both parties, providing updates, booking interviews and delivering feedback.
- Working to daily targets and KPIs.
What we want from you:
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken).
- Experience working in a fast paced, customer centric environment - retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales (for example).
- Competitive - whether this is through competitive sports, or working in a target driven role.
- Resilience & Determination – you will need to be able to handle rejection.
- Professional communication style, able to build rapport easily and quickly.
