Location: Newcastle (Field/Remote - Occasional Travel to Glasgow + Manchester)

Your Mission

We’re looking for a proven Sales Consultant with exceptional business development at both SME and Enterprise level. The role will have a focus on winning new business in the local and travel sectors including restaurants, bars, spas, activities and much more. It is crucial to the role that you have a real passion for attending face to face meetings and completing walk in days. You will be passionate about the local and travel industry and be pro-active in contributing to the success of the business, always striving to get the best possible deals for our customers!

Skills required:

  • You will be articulate, quick thinking and able to adapt to the most challenging situations.
  • An entrepreneur who is passionate, enthusiastic, results-driven and resilient.
  • Proven success in winning new business at a SME and Enterprise level.
  • Preferred sector and market knowledge.
  • You will be confident in engaging and communicating both face to face, over the phone and by email.
  • Must be within close proximity to Dublin with the ability to attend meetings and walk in days at short notice.
  • Time management skills that allow you to manage your own diary effectively.
  • Superior negotiation skills, resilience and ability to secure business timely.
  • Excellent proven success in achieving and overachieving sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Ability to create excellent pitches, presentations and proposals and negotiating mutually beneficial deals for Wowcher, Living Social and the merchant.
  • Strong communicator who has the ability to build internal relationships to resolve merchant queries, understand key market gaps and take a proactive approach in contributing to the success of Wowcher and Living Social.
