BettingJobs is working with a new growing bookmaker within the iGaming industry who are seeking a Compliance Analyst. This role is based in Newcastle.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, review, and interpret regulatory requirements across the UK gambling sector.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Support day-to-day compliance operations, including customer checks, reporting, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure compliant processes throughout the business.
  • Help drive a culture of compliance by delivering internal training and guidance.

Requirements

  • Experience in compliance within iGaming, gambling, financial services, or a similar regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of UKGC regulations (experience in AML/CTF, KYC, and safer gambling is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Dublin.
