I’m supporting a well‑invested food manufacturer that’s looking to add a talented Shift Engineer to their team. If you enjoy a mix of reactive work, planned maintenance, and genuine continuous improvement — this is the kind of environment where you’ll stay challenged and keep developing. This isn’t a role where you’re stuck on one line or doing the same repetitive tasks. You’ll be working across a broad range of production equipment, supporting operations, and playing a key part in keeping the site running smoothly.

What The Role Looks Like:
You’ll be part of a multi‑skilled team responsible for:
- Keeping production running through fast, effective breakdown response
- Carrying out planned maintenance and reliability improvements
- Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic fault‑finding
- Supporting continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
- Working closely with operations to reduce downtime
- Ensuring safe, compliant engineering activity across site

- Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
