We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst with RELEX Super user experience to join our team and help keep products moving smoothly to our customers. You will use data to uncover opportunities, solve problems, and ensure our retail network runs efficiently. Together, we will find smarter ways to deliver great service and create a supply chain we are proud of.
We would love to work with someone who has RELEX superuser experience. You may have been involved in an implementation at your current or previous employer or just enjoy using the solution. You will understand the ins and outs of using RELEX but also understand some of the tech side of RELEX and how data is fed into the interfaces. You enjoy problem-solving and can explain complex information simply. If you are confident with tools like Excel, Power BI or ERP systems, that is great — but curiosity, collaboration, and a customer-first mindset matter most. We value emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships, because supply chain success is about people as much as processes.
What You Will Do:
- Develop RELEX solutions to deliver strong availability, lower inventory and efficiencies in both our stores and distribution centre.
- Turn data into clear insights that help us make better decisions.
- Work with colleagues and suppliers to improve availability and reduce waste.
- Onboard new users and provide ongoing assistance.
- Lead seasonal strategy changes in RELEX.
- Support retail planning and promotions with accurate forecasting.
- Share knowledge and develop the team's understanding.
What We Are Looking For:
An expert user of the RELEX Solutions supply chain planning software, acting as the go-to person for training, support, system configuration, troubleshooting, and bridging the gap between business needs and IT, ensuring optimal use of RELEX for inventory, demand forecasting, and replenishment in retail or food industries. They possess strong soft skills like stakeholder engagement and deep operational knowledge to drive efficiency and performance.
Key Skills of a RELEX Super User:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Deep understanding of the RELEX system's functionalities.
- Training & Support: Onboarding new users and providing ongoing assistance.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborating with IT and consultants to fix problems.
- Configuration: Making system adjustments (like business rules) to meet business goals.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating between business teams and technical experts.
- Driving Adoption: Ensuring the company maximises the benefits of the software.
Why Join Us?

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
