We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate SEO Analyst to support organic growth across our digital marketing channels. Working closely with the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for analysing search performance, identifying optimisation opportunities, and delivering technical SEO improvements that support sustainable, long-term growth across our owned digital properties.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor organic performance across keywords, landing pages, and AI visibility
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and competitor research
- Track and report on SEO KPIs including traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue
Technical SEO
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site speed) to spot opportunities for improvement
- Use technical tools to update and fix errors across the site
- Ensure correct implementation of structured data, canonicals, redirects, and internal linking
On-Page & Content Optimisation
- Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content for search intent
- Support keyword research and content gap analysis
- Support with content briefs, creation and uploads of blog content
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise existing content and inform new content creation
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed across PDPs, PLPs and hub pages
Reporting & Insights
- Produce regular SEO reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Analyse trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
About You
- +1 years' experience in SEO and ecommerce
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, for example Shopify
- Experience with Google suite tools, such as Search Console, Analytics
- Experience in SEO tools, such as SEMrush, Botify, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog or other crawling tools
- Experience working in international SEO
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, Algorithms, AI and ecommerce
- Great attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, coupled with the proven ability to set priorities, manage deadlines, workloads, and make data-driven decisions
- A passion for SEO and AI
Qualifications & Achievements
- Degree or equivalent from a related degree, proven experience from a previous role.
Please note that this role is 4 days working in our Milton Keynes office, and 1 day working from home.
