Lead a high‑impact commercial business. We are looking for someone to lead our UK Fleet business — a core part of how we deliver fuel and EV solutions to customers across the country. Our fleet operation contributes a significant share of fuel volumes into our retail network and plays an important role in growing the use of bp pulse’s EV charging infrastructure. We work across Direct and Indirect channels, support a wide range of corporate and SME customers, and partner with major card and cross‑acceptance providers.
What You Will Deliver / Responsibilities
In this role, we work together to shape the direction of the fleet business, strengthen our customer relationships, and deliver strong commercial outcomes. We collaborate closely across Commercial Fuels, Retail, and bp pulse, and we rely on this role to represent bp confidently in the UK transport sector. We also depend on this leader to guide, support, and develop a high‑performing sales team.

We are accountable for the commercial performance of the UK Fleet business, and we succeed when we combine clear strategy with strong execution. This role plays a central part in how we grow fuel and EV volumes, strengthen our partner network, and deliver value for customers.
- Take shared accountability for fuel and EV volume and margin performance
- Shape pricing strategies using market and customer insight
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through Salesforce
- Deliver in‑year targets across our third‑party and cross‑acceptance partners
- Strengthen senior‑level relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
- Represent bp in the UK transport sector and industry forums
- Bring teams together across Commercial, Retail, bp pulse, and Midstream
- Support, coach, and develop our fleet sales team
