Unity Developer – New Mobile Title – 4 day working week
A Manchester-based games studio is looking for a Unity Developer to work on a new mobile title. The studio founders have a long history in developing franchises downloaded in the high millions and are working on something new and fresh, combining competitive gameplay with a fun, strategic setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop gameplay systems and maintain and improve in-game physics.
- Collaborate with other client programmers, designers and artists to assist with code design and the creation of development tools.
- Contribute to rapid prototyping and cross-discipline programming tasks within a flat team structure.
- Help shape a game that is still early in development, with opportunities to develop and design core features and customization mechanics.

The studio operates a rare 4 day working week (Monday-Thursday) and is onsite in their Manchester offices.

Salary Range - £45,000 - £65,000.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Developer in the games industry
- Experience developing games on mobile platforms is a must
- Experience with multiple programming disciplines (gameplay, UI, tools, etc.)
- Strong experience with Unity
