We have been retained by a specialist medical device organisation within the ENT, laryngectomy and tracheostomy space, who is looking to appoint a Territory Manager to manage and grow a well-established NHS territory. This is a commercial, customer facing role combining product sales and service-led solutions, working closely with clinical teams to support patients living with a neck stoma while driving sustainable territory growth.
The role
- Manage and grow existing NHS accounts across ENT, Head & Neck and respiratory services
- Drive sales of laryngectomy and tracheostomy products across acute and community settings
- Promote and embed a service-led model alongside product adoption to support new patient registrations
- Increase penetration of HMEs through ward-based and outpatient engagement
- Build long-term relationships with ENT Consultants, SLTs, CNSs, Respiratory Physios, Nursing teams and Procurement
- Work closely with clinical educators, field nurses and key account colleagues to maximise product and service uptake
- Plan, prioritise and execute territory activity in line with commercial objectives

- Strong NHS experience with the ability to influence clinical stakeholders
- Comfortable selling both products and services within complex care pathways
- Commercially minded, organised and process-driven
- Confident operating autonomously in a field-based role
Package
- up to £60,000 basic
