The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator within the new build housing sector is advantageous
  • Highly motivated with a proactive and ambitious attitude
  • Strong organisational and management skills
  • Used to working in a fast paced environment
  • Happy to travel nationwide to sites (mostly North West)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on planning conditions making sure agreements are in place.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support across live developments.
  • Act as a central liaison point between site teams, architects, engineers, and other consultants.
  • Ensure all projects comply with current Building Regulations, Building Control, and warranty provider requirements (NHBC, LABC, etc.).
  • Review and coordinate technical information, drawings, and specifications.
  • Support sites with technical queries and ensure timely resolution of any design or construction issues.
  • Assist in managing the flow of information from architects, engineers, and external design teams.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with project timelines.
  • Contribute to pre-start planning, value engineering, and design development.
