My client is seeking a Software Development Team Leader to guide and support a talented team of developers as they continue to grow and expand internationally. This is a predominantly hands-off leadership role where your focus will be on people, delivery, and driving best practice rather than day-to-day coding. You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
While the team works with technologies such as C#, Golang, Kafka, SQL, and cloud platforms, your own technical background doesn’t need to align directly with this stack — what matters is your ability to lead effectively, manage delivery, and help the team thrive.
Details

- Salary: Up to £75,000 + 15% bonus
