We’re currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our AI team, working with some of the most technically advanced AI companies, focused on the DACH region. There is the opportunity to specialise in software, data engineering, machine learning or product. This role is suited to an experienced consultant who operates with autonomy, values depth in their market, and wants to build long‑term credibility in AI.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing, to BD, to candidate management, to ongoing account management
- Autonomously negotiate terms and manage commercial conversations with clients
- Devise and execute your own client development strategy, either aligned to existing team playbooks and successes or shaped by your own experience
- Inherit and grow established client relationships across the UK AI ecosystem
- Work alongside a strong AI team with established credibility in the space
- Contribute to scaling a specialist desk with the support of an experienced and supportive manager
