About The Organisation

We are working with a sports venue based in the North West to appoint a Senior Hospitality Sales Manager. With ambitious plans for growth and development, the organisation is committed to delivering outstanding experiences for players, staff, and supporters.

About You

The successful candidate will be an experienced senior sales professional with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role Expectations

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to maximise sales of all hospitality packages, including seasonal memberships, match‑by‑match sales, executive boxes, and non‑matchday events.
  • Proactively source, qualify, and convert new business leads through outbound prospecting, strategic outreach, and a strong network of corporate contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients and corporate partners to drive repeat business, secure renewals, and foster loyalty.
  • Inspire and manage the Hospitality Sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance targets to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
  • Manage hospitality sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost control and profitability.
