The Role

Recruiting recruiters is a different game — and if you’ve worked in agency recruitment, you already know why. This role is all about relationships, trust, and market knowledge. You’ll speak to recruiters daily about career moves, culture fit, progression, and earning potential, while partnering with recruitment agencies looking for top talent. You’ll run a full 360 Rec2Rec desk with real autonomy and support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connecting with recruiters across all levels and sectors
• Building long‑term relationships with recruitment agencies
• Managing the full recruitment process from first chat to offer ✔
• Advising on desks, commission structures, and market moves
• Negotiating offers and handling counter‑offersGrowing your network through referrals and reputation
