As a Senior Consultant you will work in a 360 capacity – from sourcing candidates to winning new clients – in a high‑performing, high‑reward culture.
Role Highlights
- Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
- Source, assess and place top‑tier technology talent via proactive search methods
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
- Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
- Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross‑sell into existing 11 Investments clients
You Will Need
- 2–4 years experience in recruiting for technology roles and/or into Tech/SaaS clients
- A proven track record, billing £150k+
- Proven delivery experience, candidate and client account management
- A positive, team‑first mindset and willingness to keep learning
