Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to clients, handling the full spectrum of technical issues from initial contact (Tier 1) through to more complex resolutions (Tier 2); act as the primary contact via Teams/Google Meet, email and the ticketing system with ownership through to resolution.
- Carry out administration on M365, Power Platform, Intune, EntraID, Windows Server, Windows Desktops and Active Directory; maintain clear and concise documentation, identify recurring issues and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
- Cover evening and weekend shifts, dedicating around 20% of your time to learning via training modules and gaining certifications.
About you
- Experience in a similar Technical Support / Desktop Support / Service Desk role.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft tech stack including Office 365, Intune, EntraID, Power Platform, Azure, Windows Server and Windows Desktop.
- Collaborative and pragmatic with great communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working similar night shift patterns.

Location / WFH
The role has a four‑day working week with various shifts on a weekly pattern, including out‑of‑hours support on weekends (every other). Due to the nature of this shift work you can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the office occasionally. Candidates must be commutable within the Manchester / Liverpool area.
