Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering innovative, on-trend product ranges for multiple markets
- Analysing performance data to inform future buying decisions
- Bringing fresh product and fabric ideas, staying ahead of trends
- Managing and maintaining comprehensive range plans
- Negotiating prices, terms and MOQs to achieve commercial targets
- Creating spec documents and ensuring all samples meet required standards
- Managing critical paths to ensure on-time development and customer approvals
- Conducting comp shops and market research to identify new opportunities
- Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers across China, Pakistan, India, Turkey and more
