This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate business analyst to join a multi-disciplined team responsible for delivering software change to an award-winning and fast-growing global professional services organisation. Your role will involve working with stakeholders across all business units to design and build solutions across our technology stack which includes Salesforce, SAP and a variety of third-party and in-house custom applications. For that reason, somebody with a strong CRM/ERP background would be ideal.

About You

The Role
- Work with all levels of front-office and operational users to capture business requirements for IT project workstack, ranging from large-scale projects to new feature and improvements.
- Analysis of current and desired business process to form the basis of proposed solutions, this will include running workshop and scoping sessions, reporting and analysis of management information.
- Involvement in the design & delivery of solutions in collaboration with internal and external development teams.
- Helping to drive technology change within the business by contributing ideas and investigating the value of proposals to allow the prioritisation of our roadmap.
- Maintenance of business process documentation supporting each application, working with IT Operations team and other training resources to ensure smooth release and effective adoption of the change.
What We Want From You
- Exposure to ERP/CRM systems, Salesforce or SAP platforms would be an advantage but not essential.
- A user-focused approach to solution design and an analytical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to document processes and change requirements to a suitable level according to the need and stage of the project.
- Be an independent thinker who will contribute their own ideas to solution design and be able to constructively challenge stakeholder requests.
- Possess good communication skills and be able to engage with every level of an organisation.
- Flexibility to move between projects and deliver on more than one at a time.
- Preferably to have worked on projects that cover both front and middle to back office functions.
