We are looking for a proactive, detail‐driven team player to join our dynamic Head Office team and support a wide range of business, data, and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities
  • Data & Financial Support
    • Collect, verify, and maintain financial and operational data from multiple internal and external sources.
    • Prepare accurate management reports and summaries to support data generated decision‐making.
    • Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
    • Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and system management information.
    • Provide administrative and analytical support to finance and data teams.
    • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to resolve data discrepancies or reporting issues.
    • Generate ad‐hoc reports and insights to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Promotional Coordination
    • Assist in collating and delivering promotional programs and campaigns across digital, print, and at member events.
    • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources for promotional activities and events.
    • Support the creation of promotional materials such as social posts, newsletters, flyers, and web content.
    • Monitor campaign performance and gather metrics for reporting.
    • Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, schedules, and campaign documentation.
  • Administration & Operational Support
    • Act as a point of contact for phone enquiries and in‐person visits.
    • Handle general administrative duties including but not limited to email communication, filing, data input and database updates.
    • Manage invoices and vendor communication for promotional projects.
    • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and internal processes.
  • Event Support
    • Assist with planning and administering promotional events, launches, and campaigns.
    • Coordinate logistics such as managing bookings, materials preparation, attendee lists, and post‐event follow‐up.
