Key Responsibilities- Data & Financial Support
- Collect, verify, and maintain financial and operational data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Prepare accurate management reports and summaries to support data generated decisionâmaking.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and system management information.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to finance and data teams.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to resolve data discrepancies or reporting issues.
- Generate adâhoc reports and insights to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Promotional Coordination
- Assist in collating and delivering promotional programs and campaigns across digital, print, and at member events.
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources for promotional activities and events.
- Support the creation of promotional materials such as social posts, newsletters, flyers, and web content.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather metrics for reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, schedules, and campaign documentation.
- Administration & Operational Support
- Act as a point of contact for phone enquiries and inâperson visits.
- Handle general administrative duties including but not limited to email communication, filing, data input and database updates.
- Manage invoices and vendor communication for promotional projects.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and internal processes.
- Event Support
- Assist with planning and administering promotional events, launches, and campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics such as managing bookings, materials preparation, attendee lists, and postâevent followâup.

- Proactive and enthusiastic, with a positive approach to tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when communicating with stakeholders.
