Signatus are hiring a Conveyancing Solicitor on behalf of a long-established practice based in Derry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in residential and commercial conveyancing to step into a role with autonomy and ongoing client demand. The firm is also active in wills and probate, so experience in these areas will be welcomed.

The role is primarily office-based to support collaborative working, but flexibility is available for the right person.
Who we’re looking for
Ideally 3+ years PQE in residential and/or commercial conveyancing, with experience in probate and estate matters being a strong advantage. You should be a confident solicitor capable of managing files independently, comfortable with client-facing work, and able to liaise with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors practitioners competently.
Day-to-day includes
- Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of title.
- Drafting wills, administering estates, advising on estate planning, and running conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
