  • Work with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth transition.
E‐commerce Merchandising
  • Manage on‐site merchandising across categories, including product ordering, prioritisation, and presentation.
  • Maintain and support promotional activity such as gift‐with‐purchase, discounts, promotional banners, and double loyalty points.
  • Ensure promotional mechanics are set up correctly from both a content and technical perspective.
  • Monitor merchandising performance and make adjustments to improve conversion and customer experience.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with the E‐commerce team to align content and merchandising with trading priorities.
  • Partner with Customer Services to support promotion‐related queries and investigate issues when promotions or site functionality do not work as expected.
  • Brief stylistic website changes to the eCommerce Project Manager and Development team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for on‐site content and promotions, providing clear explanations and solutions.

  • Familiarity with promotional mechanics and loyalty schemes in e‐commerce.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
Personal Attributes
  • Proactive and confident taking ownership of projects.
  • Comfortable leading initiatives and making decisions.
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
