The role partners with senior leaders across the UK and MENA regions to drive execution of strategic objectives, oversee regional delivery of multiâcountry initiatives, and ensure progress toward longâterm organisational goals. This position blends strategic partnership with handsâon leadership, capability uplift, and strong orchestration across functions. A key responsibility is ensuring transparency, accountability, and clarity of progress, including identifying when pivots are required to achieve success within defined timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Transformation & Delivery Leadership
- Lead endâtoâend delivery of multiple transformation initiatives across UK & MENA, from inception through benefits realisation.
- Translate regional vision into clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Align regional delivery with global strategic direction while adapting to local and regional needs.
- Drive outcome tracking and transparent reporting on regional progress.
- Build strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders to shape delivery approaches and ensure successful execution.
- Change Management & Engagement
- Apply structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Agile) to ensure adoption and sustained outcomes.
- Build stakeholder readiness and engagement plans across regions.
- Lead impact assessments, readiness analysis, workshops, training, and communication activities.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Leadership Support
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional executive teams, ensuring alignment between global and regional objectives.
- Represent regional priorities in governance forums and act as a connector between global delivery teams and local execution.
- Drive strong sponsorship and advocacy across regional leadership.
- Governance & Reporting
- Maintain oversight across the regional transformation portfolio, ensuring effective risk, issue, and dependency management.
- Provide clear, timely reporting on outcomes, risks, and progress to governance bodies.
- Lead regional governance reviews, steering committees, and quarterly planning activities.
- Processes, Tools & Sustainability
- Oversee development and adoption of delivery tools, templates, and bestâpractice playbooks.
- Drive improvements to ways of working and ensure transformation outcomes are sustainable and measurable postâimplementation.
Skills & Experience Required
