About the Role
Our client, a global investment advisory firm, is seeking a Rewards Consultant to build and manage the EMEA benefits and rewards offering. This role also involves exposure to global mobility, with a strong focus on data accuracy, reporting, and advanced Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer EMEA employee benefits and rewards programs
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and reporting requirements
- Conduct market benchmarking and data analysis to maintain competitiveness

Requirements
