We're looking for an experienced, hands‐on Technical Operations Lead to take ownership of our hardware operations and help shape how products move from production to customers smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest quality.
This is a broad, impactful role where you'll sit at the centre of engineering, manufacturing partners, and customer support. You'll lead a small technical team, oversee testing and licensing, and be the go‐to person for all things hardware operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning day‐to‐day hardware manufacturing and order fulfilment operations
- Leading testing, licensing and customer support activities
- Acting as the operational bridge between engineering, manufacturing, sales and customers
- Working closely with contract manufacturers to maintain quality and resolve issues
- Supporting new product introductions and production readiness
- Driving continuous improvement across processes and systems
- Line‐managing and developing a small technical team
- Rolling up your sleeves when needed as this is a hands‐on leadership role
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, test engineering or hardware operations
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
