We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an internal permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People & Culture team. This position is ideal for someone with experience hiring within professional services—such as accountancy practice, advisory, audit, tax, corporate finance, or consulting. You will manage a varied portfolio of internal vacancies, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and deliver a high-quality recruitment experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for internal roles across professional services disciplines (Audit, Tax, Business Advisory, Outsourcing, Corporate Finance, etc.).
- Oversee multiple live vacancies simultaneously within a fast‑paced environment, ensuring strong organisation and prioritisation.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, provide market insights, and define recruitment strategies.
- Execute proactive sourcing to build strong, relevant talent pipelines.
- Coordinate all candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer processes with accuracy.
- Maintain and optimise the ATS, ensuring data integrity and streamlined processes.
- Support broader People & Culture initiatives including onboarding improvements, employer brand activity, and process enhancements.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience recruiting within professional services (accountancy practice, advisory, audit, tax, corporate finance, outsourcing, etc.).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy internal recruitment function.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging at all seniority levels.
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and delivering under pressure.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to talent acquisition.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with ATS platforms and structured internal recruitment processes.
- Exposure to recruitment projects, process optimisation, or employer branding initiatives.
- Understanding of relevant qualifications such as ACCA, ICAS, or CTA, or typical professional services career pathways.
