This is a full-time on-site position for a Student Recruitment Officer, based in London & Manchester United Kingdom. The Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for engaging with prospective students to provide tailored advice on university and course selection, assisting with admissions processes, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The role involves guiding students through document preparation, supporting scholarship applications, and offering pre-interview and admission test preparation. The officer will also build and maintain relationships with education institution representatives and prospective applicants to ensure effective recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with prospective students and university stakeholders
- Proficiency in job description development and recruiting processes
- Skills in interviewing and hiring to support admissions and recruitment workflows
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Relevant experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with university admissions processes, including UCAS applications, is highly desirable
