Intezer is a leading provider of AI-powered technology for autonomous security operations. Its Autonomous SOC Platform is designed to investigate incidents, make triage decisions, and escalate findings about serious threats, similar to an expert Tier 1 SOC analyst.
The Pre-Sales Engineer will provide customers with technical expertise and professional services to ensure objectives are met. They are a key component of the company's success, working with customers, partners, and Intezer colleagues.
Responsibilities- Work with Sales Team and conduct a successful POC; responsible for the POC process and management.
- Understand each customer's security process and make recommendations based on Intezer's solution and best practices.
- Maintain ongoing customer communication—proactively reach out to customers and ensure maximum utilization of Intezer's solution while sustaining high satisfaction.
- Establish relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers to enable close, long-term business relationships.
- Onboard new customers to design, deploy, configure, and integrate Intezer solution into their environment and workflows.
- Provide customer services—assist with product questions and issues, and coordinate with Intezer teams to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate potential risks that could threaten renewals.
- Monitor and maintain client health scores and proactively drive actions to reduce churn.
- Pre-Sales and/or Customer Success experience.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with the different products, processes and ecosystem.
- Nice to have:
- Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager.
- Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python or JavaScript.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English language skills; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks accordingly.
- Team Player: Lead cross-functionally—collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment and exceed customer expectations.
- Work closely with Product and Professional Services teams to track optimization requests, technical recommendations, and ensure account issues are resolved quickly.
