Our client is a leading AI-powered transformation platform in the HR technology space. Their platform supports the entire talent lifecycle, accelerating recruitment, unlocking internal mobility, enabling strategic upskilling, and supporting agile workforce planning. They are now in a phase of rapid growth and innovation and as part of their growth strategy are expanding their Engineering Division.
They are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to be accountable for team performance across productivity, quality, and people outcomes. You will enable engineers to perform at their best by evolving processes, coaching and mentoring individuals, and supporting continuous learning and growth. Working closely with Product Management, you will help shape and deliver a clear roadmap whilst running core agile ceremonies and ensuring operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience leading engineering teams in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience with a modern, cloud-native stack including TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Istio, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. You will bring a data-driven mindset, hands-on engineering background, and a collaborative leadership style. Passion for building high-performing teams and solving complex, evolving problems. Hybrid role based in London.
