Role Overview: The Site Supervisor (SS) is responsible for overseeing all onāsite operations during fleet marketing and vehicleāwrapping activity. This role is critical in ensuring flawless execution across evening and night shifts, coordinating drivers, managing key control, supporting live vehicle movements, and maintaining communication between TRO, The Client, Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), installers, and transport partners. The Site Supervisor acts as the primary onāsite authority, ensuring safety, accuracy, operational efficiency, and clear communication always.
Responsibilities:
- OnāSite Operations & Execution: Supervise all onāsite activity to ensure smooth, safe, and timely execution. Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity. Support transport of The Client's vehicles to and from wrapping locations in full compliance with safety and operational standards. Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker check prior to each vehicle movement.
- Communication & Coordination: Manage all realātime onāsite communication with graphic installers, vendors, and Client. Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Managers (FMs) and Drivers throughout the shift. Assist the Field Manager with DSP outreach to source vehicle keys when required.
- Driver & Key Management: Confirm and coordinate drivers for each shift to ensure full coverage. Maintain secure handling and tracking of all keys throughout the shift. Return all keys to the designated dropāoff location as instructed, with photographic confirmation uploaded to Chime.
Skills & Competencies: Strong organisational and onāsite coordination skills. Confident, clear communicator able to interface with multiple stakeholders. High attention to detail, especially regarding vehicle checks and key control. Ability to work independently and remain calm under timeāsensitive, live operational conditions. Strong understanding of onāsite safety protocols and compliance procedures. Confident using mobileābased tools and apps.
Working Conditions: Shift-based role, mainly evenings and nights. On-site presence required. Involves driving and operating around live vehicle movements.
