Central London (Hybrid, 3 office days) Independent consultancy delivering world-class market intelligence, strategic research and consulting services on the fast-evolving and high-profile data centre landscape. They are looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join their international team of experts.
Role
Senior Research Analyst – Tech Sector Intelligence. Responsible for several key EMEA markets, you will be researching, analysing and presenting insights that shape crucial business development and investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Gather quantitative and qualitative data from primary and secondary sources
- Analyse data to identify patterns and trends
- Produce high-level data, reports and presentations
- Engage in client-facing activities, working directly with key stakeholders
- Attend conferences and site visits a few times a year
Qualifications
- Several years in research and analysis roles in an agency, consultancy or in-house role
- Expertise in the real estate or data centre sector is a must
- Experience in adjacent industries (e.g., energy, government, construction, think tanks or infrastructure) is also welcome
- Fluency in French or Arabic is advantageous but not essential
